How to Make an Appointment:

Please read this page carefully and thoroughly!

Making appointments to see me is really quick and easy.  Just click on the icon (Book an  Appointment) below, or to the right, and choose:

1- The level of service you are interested in and

2- The time and date that is  most convenient for you

When making an appointment,  please make sure that you enter your contact information and email address  correctly.  Shortly after booking an appointment, you will  receive an automatic email.  If you don't receive the confirmation, it means that your email address was not recorded correctly. If this happens, you should go back and correct your email information.

All your contact information is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to anyone at any time.    Your contact information is only used by my office staff to communicate  with you.

Our online system sends you a reminder one day prior to  your appointment. You will need to confirm your appointment once you  receive this reminder, Otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled.
